Go to your shopping basket and click on "Continue".
If you already have a user account for your orders, then you just need to enter your email address and password. You can save your log-in details on your computer. (For security reasons, only do this if you are the sole user of your computer.) We can help if you forget your password. Click "Next".
If you do not have an account, please select this option. Enter the requested log-in details and follow the instructions to create your account.
A form will then open up in which you can enter your address, as required for the order process.
Select the payment method (debit card and various credit cards).
If your photo product is to be sent as a gift to a different address, please tick the "Alternative delivery address" box. If you have already used different delivery addresses, you can select from a list so that you don't have to re-enter the data. Please enter a new delivery address in the form. Click "Next".
If you have a voucher, please do not forget to enter your voucher code
You will then see a summary of your order and all costs.
Before purchasing from us, you need to accept our T&Cs (Terms and Conditions) and privacy policy by ticking the box. You can read, print out and save our T&Cs and privacy policy.
Click on "Complete order". The product and associated photos will be uploaded, and the order process will be complete. The order will be despatched to the delivery address provided. You will also receive an confirmation email.
